Before Your Sound Healing Session: Set Intentions- What do you want to achieve or feel after your sound healing session? Hydrate with water and nutritious food prior to the session. Try to avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol so you body may more easily relax. Wear comfy/loose clothing.
After Your Sound Healing Session: Drink lots of water and eat earthy, healthy nutritious foods. Listen to what your body needs (Is it movement like walking, dancing or stretching or rest?) Over the following days, tune into your body and note any feelings / changesÂ
